Mt. Pleasant 

Welcome to the "pleasant side of the river!" Mt. Pleasant is the third-largest city in Charleston County and the fifth-largest city in the state. Primary access to this wonderful town is via via the eight-lane cable-stayed Arthur Ravenel Bridge built in 2005. It features stunning views of the Cooper River.

Fun Fact: The Ravenel Bridge is one of the longest of its kind in the U.S! 

At one point and time, owning real estate in Mt. Pleasant was only something wealthy residents had the opportunity to do. 

The area known as "Old Village" is the setting for homes built in the late 1800's. The area also features, Boone Hall plantation, which has served as a scene for many movies.
